Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It varies. You can shape your realtiy by the choices you make, to a certian degree. Some choices stay with you a long time.
Reality can shape us by circumstances that we can't control, like other peoples actions or the weather, good things happening, bad things happening, etc.
Then again it goes back to how we deal with it, how much it bothers us, and lots of other things which we can shape to a certian degree. It goes round in a circle.
