Where do I begin.......Fear. Fear is the thief. The mental fear we cling to has to go. Consciousness is subject to fear or love. Fear of lack, or the feeling that 'there is not enough for me' will rob you of Peace everytime you allow it. Then you ask yourself, what am I lacking to not be excessively happy here and now in this moment? What do I need that I do not have now that will fill me up with Joy and contentment? Hmmmm.......How full can I let myself be in this moment, here and now, free of fear and depression? Depression comes from the feeling of being 'deprived' of something. What are we depriving ourselves of? Are we not the only ones who can deprive ourselves of courage, which produces Love? My Buddhists friends tell me to empty, find stillness, quiet daily, because there is no conflict in quiet, so your spirit can recharge with enthusiasm, again filling up with hope. My Christian friends tell me to Love God with all my heart. Good advice from both only Love is undivided, which translates to, 'Love All' with all your heart. In this new mindset, you are limitless with Joy, Joy that no one can take from you, not even your own ego, because your true essence now knows the power of Love is remebered through courage. Love is never afraid Love is extended outward, shared, asking nothing in return as it needs nothing, and, like sunlight, it shines for all equally. Become the observer, look for happy people, look for fun! Enjoy! The Now is always New..............
